Alexa Meade measurements, bio, height, weight, shoe, and bra size
She was initially inspired by shadows cast on grass. After a few weeks she devised a process that did not render the chosen object onto canvas in an image that was flat. Rather the subject is transformed into a reproduction of itself in which the painting transforms into the medium for it's individual interpretation of the subject, particularly when the subjects are live or perishable objects like people or fruits. Alexa Meade's paintings are ephemeral, but the photo is what remains. As the photographic and painting techniques are coordinated so closely, the end result is a trompe l'oeil effect, that creates it appears as if three dimensions appears only at specific points, such as the area around the eyes and the hair. Meade can sometimes incorporate her painting into the surrounding three-dimensional environment, which allows for the model to be a part of the world of their own. It eliminates any distinction between photography, painting, and installation.
