April Bowlby, an American model and actress from the United States. She's played Kandi in her role on the CBS comedy Two and a Half Men, Stacy Barrett in Drop Dead Diva and Rita Farr in Titans and Doom Patrol. April Michelle Bowlby (born April Michelle Bowlby) is an American actor who is best known for playing Stacy Barrett in Drop Dead Diva as well as Kandi the popular TV sitcom Two and a Half Men. When she began her career as a model, she then moved to the world of film and television. Her first small-screen appearance was as an extra on the TV series CSI: Crime Scene Investigation then single-episode roles in different series. Soon, she landed the part of Kandi on Two and a Half Men. Bowlby is well-known throughout the world for the role she played in the role of Stacy Barrett in Drop Dead Diva. Bowlby played the role of Rita Farr/Elastigirl from the American series on the web called Titans. She will reprise her role in the spin-off to The Doom Patrol television series. Bowlby was also in TV film Sands of Oblivion & The Wrong Daughter. The actress made her debut on the big screen in the film All Roads Lead Home and then appeared in other films including The Slammin Salmon and From Prada to Nada. She was a student at East Union High School. She took ballet classes as well as French in Moorpark College before deciding to take on an acting career. Bowlby is famous for her roles on a variety of TV shows, including CSI (as Kaitlin in 2004), CSI: NY (as Jenny Lee in 2006), Freddie: Sydney in 2005, Stacked: Jasmine as of 2007 and How I Met Your Mother: Meg in 2007. Bowlby's most recent role was Natasha as a 12 year old girl who lost her mother in the result of an accident in her car. Bowlby stars as Mia on The Slammin Salmon, a comedy film due for release in 2008. Los Angeles is her home. The blonde has natural red hair as well as blue eyes. She's not married and has no children.
